LEIN — The LEIN Operator Certification Exam is administered by the Michigan State Police (MSP) Criminal Justice Information Network (CJIN) division. It is required for all personnel who access the Law Enforcement Information Network, Michigan's statewide criminal justice information system linked to NCIC.
