HUD Certified Housing & Urban Development Inspector VIP Exam

HUD — This exam mirrors the HUD Real Estate Assessment Center (REAC) Inspector certification, which qualifies inspectors to conduct physical inspections of HUD-assisted multifamily housing using the Uniform Physical Condition Standards (UPCS) and the newer NSPIRE (National Standards for the Physical Inspection of Real Estate) protocol, as administered by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
