What's the difference between FDLE - Florida Department of Law Enforcement and similar certifications?

I'm trying to figure out which cert to prioritize and the FDLE - Florida Department of Law Enforcement keeps coming up alongside a few others in job listings.

Can someone who's been through the hiring process explain: does having FDLE - Florida Department of Law Enforcement actually differentiate you, or do most employers treat it the same as the alternatives?

Also — is there a renewal/continuing education requirement? I've heard some certs expire every 2-3 years and I want to factor in the ongoing commitment before I commit to one path.

I just finished my FDLE - Florida Department of Law Enforcement last month and my experience was almost identical. The exam day tips section especially — I showed up without two forms of ID the first time and nearly couldn't sit for it.
