Quick question: USPS - Error Detection Test exam format — paper or computer?

Stupid question but I keep getting conflicting information: is the USPS - Error Detection Test exam administered on paper or computer at most testing centers?

I prefer paper personally (easier to go back and annotate) but I want to know what to expect before I book.

Also — do you get scratch paper either way? I want to know if I can do rough work on the side.
 
I just finished my USPS - Error Detection Test last month and my experience was almost identical. The exam day tips section especially — I showed up without two forms of ID the first time and nearly couldn't sit for it.
