NEBOSH - National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health IGC score report breakdown — what does each section actually mean?

I got my NEBOSH - National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health IGC results back and I'm trying to understand the breakdown. Passed overall, but I'm curious what the section scores actually tell you about where I was strong/weak.

For anyone who's reviewed their score report: do the subsection percentages align with how you felt during the exam? I thought I nailed one section but scored lower than expected on it, and vice versa.

Also wondering — do employers actually look at section scores or just pass/fail?

Thanks for this. The salary data is what I needed to justify the time investment to my partner. 8-15% is meaningful.
