I'm scheduled for CPHR - Chartered Professional in Human Resources in about 5 weeks and I'm looking for people to study with. Even just a weekly check-in thread or Discord group would help with accountability.

My background: I've been working in the field for 2 years but haven't formally studied for this cert before. Using practice tests at https://practicetestgeeks.com/cphr-chartered-professional-in-human-resources and working through the official study guide.

+1 to everything here. I had the exact same experience with the scenario questions — that tip about asking "what would an experienced professional do" is genuinely useful.
 
Appreciate you sharing the failure story. Most threads are just people celebrating passes and it makes you feel like everyone else has it figured out. The struggle is real for a lot of us.
 
Can confirm — I failed my first attempt for similar reasons. The second time I was much more systematic about time management and it made a real difference.
 
Bookmarked. I've been looking for a realistic comparison like this for weeks. Most of what I found online was either from prep companies with an obvious sales angle or was 3+ years old.
