Anyone else studying for CSFA in the next month? Want to study together
Taking my CSFA - Certified Surgical First Assistant exam in 7 weeks and trying to find people at a similar stage to keep each other accountable.
I study better when I have someone to compare notes with. Currently going through "csfa programs" and working on my weak areas — specifically around certified surgical first assistant.
My schedule: 90 min of focused study every weekday, full practice test on weekends. I review every wrong answer and try to understand the why, not just memorize the right option.
If you're in a similar prep window and want to:
- Compare practice test scores weekly
- Share resources that actually helped
- Talk through confusing questions
Reply here or message me. Doesn't have to be formal — even just checking in once a week helps me stay on track.
Where is everyone at in their prep?
Went through this exact question when I was prepping. The CSFA material on "csfa" is actually not as bad as it looks — once it clicks it clicks.
What helped me was finding one resource that explained it from first principles instead of just giving me the "right answer." Made a huge difference on the scenario-based questions.
Also: don't underestimate the importance of reviewing your wrong answers more than your right ones. I learned more from 20 wrong answers than 200 correct ones.
