Security AI certification — which vendor credentials are actually valued?

Working in AI security and trying to figure out which certifications are emerging as meaningful in this space. I see various vendor-specific 'AI security' credentials being marketed but the field is moving faster than credentialing bodies can track. ISACA has some AI governance content, (ISC)² has been updating CISSP domains — but nothing feels purpose-built for AI security work yet.
What are people in AI security roles actually putting on their resumes to signal competence?

Right now it's a mix of traditional infosec creds (CISSP, CISM) plus demonstrated AI security work — research publications, conference talks, open source contributions to AI security tooling. The field is too new for any single credential to dominate.

MITRE ATLAS and the OWASP AI Security Top 10 are the most referenced frameworks in actual job postings I've seen. Being able to speak credibly to those frameworks matters more than any cert right now.

AWS, Google, and Microsoft all have AI-specific certifications that include security components. They're vendor-specific but enterprise AI deployments are vendor-specific too, so the specialization actually aligns well.
