I almost didn't try again after my first fail — honestly sat with the results for two weeks doing nothing. What finally got me moving was stumbling onto some decent free material, specifically the free gmc customer acquisition practice questions, which I'd completely ignored the first time around. That section was my biggest weakness too and having actual questions to drill made a real difference versus just re-reading the manual.
Second attempt I passed, not by a huge margin but enough. The thing I'd tell you is don't skip the practice questions and don't assume you know a topic because you've read it.
