So I'm kind of embarrassed to even post this, but I failed the Oklahoma DMV written test for the second time last week and I honestly don't know what I'm doing wrong. I studied the driver's manual front to back both times, spent maybe 3-4 hours on it, and both times I got tripped up on road sign questions and right-of-way scenarios at intersections. You need a 70% to pass and I scored a 64% the first time and then a 67% the second time — so I'm getting closer but not there yet.
A friend mentioned I should try an OK DMV practice test instead of just reading the manual, which I admittedly hadn't done. Does that actually help more than just rereading? I feel like I understand the material when I read it but then the actual questions are worded really differently than I expect.
I've got my third attempt scheduled for two weeks out. Looking for any solid exam tips or a good study guide that actually prepares you for how the questions are worded on the real thing. What worked for you?
