CVSA operator certification — what's the pass rate on the first attempt?

Enrolled in a CVSA (Computer Voice Stress Analyzer) operator certification course next month through my law enforcement agency. The training is a week-long course. I don't have any prior experience with voice stress analysis or polygraph.
What should I study before the course to make the most of the week? And realistically how hard is the certification exam at the end?
