Anyone else using BIOINTERACTIVE resources to prep for their bio exam?

So I've been studying for my AP Biology exam and someone in my class recommended Howard Hughes Medical Institute's BIOINTERACTIVE materials. I'm about three weeks out from the test and honestly feeling a little behind — I've been focusing mostly on BIOINTERACTIVE practice test questions and short films, but I'm not sure if that's enough on its own or if I need a more structured BIOINTERACTIVE study guide approach.

My goal is at least a 4, ideally a 5. Right now I'm spending about 2 hours a day on it, mostly working through the Click & Learn modules and the film guides. The evolution and ecology content is clicking, but cellular processes and genetics are still fuzzy for me. Has anyone used these resources as their primary prep material and actually done well?

Would love to hear what combination of resources worked for people, especially any BIOINTERACTIVE exam tips for the free-response section. That part stresses me out the most.

BIOINTERACTIVE was honestly my secret weapon last year. I used the film guides for every unit and scored a 5. The key is don't just watch the videos — do the associated activities and make sure you can explain the concepts in your own words. For free response, practice pulling specific evidence from the content rather than vague statements. That's what separates 4s from 5s in my experience.

I'm in the same boat right now, about four weeks out. Genetics is killing me too lol. I've been supplementing BIOINTERACTIVE with Bozeman Science videos for the tougher topics. Honestly the combination has been great — BIOINTERACTIVE gives you the real scientific context and depth, Bozeman breaks down the mechanics step by step. Are you doing the 3D animations? Those helped me visualize DNA replication way better than any textbook diagram.

Three weeks is totally enough time if you stay consistent. Focus on the Click & Learn modules for cellular processes — they're genuinely excellent for that unit. Don't skip the self-check questions at the end of each one. Good luck!
