So I just got my results back and I passed with an 84%, which honestly felt like winning the lottery after failing by 4 points the first time around. I want to share what I did differently because I see a lot of people here asking the same questions I had six months ago.
The biggest game-changer for me was actually using a structured ADF practice test routine instead of just reading through the material. My first attempt I studied maybe 30 hours total, skimming chapters and feeling confident. Second attempt I did closer to 60 hours but way more focused — timed practice sets every other day, reviewing every wrong answer, not just moving on. The ADF study guide I used the second time also broke down the scoring domains clearly, which helped me stop wasting time on sections I was already strong in.
Biggest exam tips I'd give: don't underestimate the scenario-based questions, they're worded to trick you, and give yourself at least 6 weeks of prep. What are you all using to study? Curious if anyone else found the time management section particularly rough.
