FELE — The Florida Educational Leadership Examination (FELE) is administered by Pearson on behalf of the Florida Department of Education (FDOE). It consists of three computer-based subtests aligned to the Florida Principal Leadership Standards (FPLS): Subtest 1 (Instructional Leadership), Subtest 2 (Operational Leadership), and Subtest 3 (School Leadership). Passing requires a scaled score of 220 (on a 100–300 scale) on each subtest.
