基本情報 — Mirrors the 基本情報技術者試験 (Fundamental Information Technology Engineer Examination), administered by IPA (Information-technology Promotion Agency, Japan). Revised in April 2023 to a CBT format with two subjects: Subject A (60 questions, 90 min) covering IT fundamentals, management, and strategy, and Subject B (20 questions, 100 min) covering algorithms and information security. Passing requires a scaled score of 600 or above (out of 1000) on each subject independently.
