FBI Intelligence Analyst Assessment Test
The FBI Intelligence Analyst Phase I Assessment is a competitive selection test administered by the Federal Bureau of Investigation. The test spans approximately 3 hours and covers logic-based reasoning, figural reasoning, situational judgment, and professional preferences/interests. Candidates are assessed on analytical ability, critical thinking, counterterrorism awareness, and intelligence tradecraft. Only approximately 30% of candidates pass Phase I. There is no published numeric passing score — results are ranked competitively.
