F89 Fire and Life Safety Director VIP Certification Exam

F89 — The F89 Certificate of Fitness is issued by the New York City Fire Department (FDNY) Bureau of Fire Prevention and is required for individuals serving as Fire and Life Safety Directors (FLS Directors) in high-rise buildings and certain other occupancies in New York City; the exam consists of approximately 50 multiple-choice questions drawn from the NYC Fire Code, Building Code, and FDNY directives.
