CTRS — The CTRS exam is administered by the National Council for Therapeutic Recreation Certification (NCTRC). It consists of approximately 90 scored items plus unscored pilot questions, has a 3-hour time limit, and is based on the NCTRC Job Task Analysis (JTA) covering Foundational Knowledge, Assessment, Planning, Implementation, Documentation, Evaluation, Administration/Management, and Professional Advancement domains.
