CTA — The CTA (Clinical Trial Associate) certification is offered by the Association of Clinical Research Professionals (ACRP). The exam consists of approximately 100–115 questions (including unscored pilot items) with a 3-hour time limit; candidates are assessed on GCP compliance, regulatory frameworks, site operations, safety reporting, and clinical trial management. A scaled passing score of approximately 70% is required.
