CSP — The Certified Specialty Pharmacist (CSP) credential is awarded by the National Board of Specialty Pharmacy (NBSP), a division of the National Association of Specialty Pharmacy (NASP); the exam consists of approximately 150 multiple-choice questions administered over 3 hours and covers specialty pharmacy operations, clinical patient care, drug therapy management, regulatory compliance, and business/financial management.
