PTCB Certified Pharmacy Technician Exam (PTCE)
The PTCE is the national certification exam administered by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB), testing pharmacy technicians across four domains: Medications, Federal Requirements, Patient Safety and Quality Assurance, and Order Entry and Processing. The 2026 blueprint (v1.4, effective January 6, 2026) adds DSCSA content and rebalances domain weights.
