CMC — The Certified Master Chef (CMC) credential is issued by the American Culinary Federation (ACF) and is the highest culinary certification in the United States. The exam spans 8 days of rigorous practical cooking trials at a designated testing facility, covering classical and contemporary cuisines, baking and pastry, charcuterie, garde manger, healthy cooking, and buffet catering, with a written knowledge component also required.
