ACF Certified Master Chef® (CMC®)
The ACF Certified Master Chef® is a practical culinary certification representing the pinnacle of chef credentials, assessing mastery across 8 Exam Majors including classical cuisine, global cookery, baking and pastry, garde manger, healthy cooking, and freestyle technique. Each major is scored on kitchen performance (35%) and tasting and presentation (65%), with a minimum 75% pass mark required.
