CLB Canadian Language Benchmarks VIP Certification Exam

CLB — The Canadian Language Benchmarks (CLB) is a national proficiency standard developed and maintained by the Centre for Canadian Language Benchmarks (CCLB); there is no single standardized CLB certification exam — proficiency is measured through recognized tools such as the CLBPT, CELPIP-General, and IELTS General Training, all of which report results in CLB levels used by IRCC for immigration and by LINC for language training placement.
