Cisco offers four levels of certification: entry, associate, professional, and expert. Cisco used to have an architect level, but it was discontinued. A specialist level is provided in numerous disciplines in addition to the core levels. The majority of the certifications are related to network infrastructure or software development.
Cisco takes you through every step of the process, from researching exam subjects to preparing and practicing for each exam to scheduling an exam through third-party partner Pearson VUE.
People who desire to work as Cisco technicians or field engineers should get this entry-level certification. The associate degree prepares you for a job in information technology and networking. You can choose to follow one course to learn a variety of core skills, or you can concentrate on software development or cybersecurity.
The professional level aids your advancement by focusing on a key technology such as software development, enterprise networking, data center management, or security. The expert level recognizes your ability to perform more advanced tasks in areas such as wireless networking, data center administration, and security.

Cisco offers two certifications at the basic level: Cisco Certified Technician (CCT) and Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician (CCENT). The CCT and CCENT are both $165.
These two credentials are significant in and of themselves, but they're frequently used as stepping stones to higher-level CCNA qualifications. The CCENT (100-105 ICND1) is the first of two exams that make up the CCNA. The CCENT exam can also be used as a prerequisite for the CCNA Security, Wireless, Industrial, and CCDA certifications.
Cisco offers a total of ten associate-level (CCNA) examinations. Passing at least two examinations, which vary in price, is required for each CCNA certification.
Each of the six CCNA certifications costs $600: Cloud, Collaboration, Cyber Ops, Data Center, and Service Provider. There are no prerequisites for these tests, which include two advanced technology exams. Each try at the exam costs $300.
The CCNA certification is the first step toward a career in information technology. You must pass one (1) exam to achieve CCNA certification, which covers a broad range of essentials for IT jobs based on the newest networking technology, software development abilities, and job roles.
