CGA Certified General Appraiser VIP Practice Exam

CGA — The Certified General Appraiser credential is issued at the state level in accordance with criteria established by the Appraisal Qualifications Board (AQB) of The Appraisal Foundation; the licensing exam is the National Uniform Licensing and Certification Examination (NULCE) administered by Pearson VUE, consisting of 125 questions (110 scored, 15 pretest) with a 4-hour time limit and a 75% passing score, covering appraisal theory, methodology, USPAP, and report writing.
