The Certified CiceroneĀ® credential, awarded by the Cicerone Certification Program, validates advanced knowledge of beer styles, brewing ingredients, draft systems, cellar management, beer service, and food pairing. It is the second of four levels in the Cicerone program and requires an overall score of 80% to pass.
