Certified Assisted Living Administrator (CALA)
The CALA exam assesses competency of residential care and assisted living administrators across five domains: resident care management, organizational management, human resources, financial management, and environmental management. It is administered through the National Association of Long-Term Care Administrator Boards (NAB) as the RC/AL line-of-service exam.
