BPI — The Building Performance Institute (BPI) Building Analyst certification is issued by BPI (bpi.org), the national standards and quality assurance organization for the home performance industry. The written exam consists of approximately 100 multiple-choice questions, a 2-hour time limit, and a 70% passing score, covering building science, diagnostics, health & safety, HVAC, envelope, and energy auditing.
