The Multistate Bar Examination (MBE) is a six-hour, 200-question multiple-choice exam developed by the NCBE that tests knowledge across seven foundational areas of law required for attorney licensure in the United States. It accounts for 50% of the total Uniform Bar Exam (UBE) score.
