SE Lifecycle (ISO/IEC/IEEE 15288)
The exam tests the six generic lifecycle stages — concept, development, production, utilization, support, and retirement — along with how to tailor the lifecycle to project needs and the relationship between the SE lifecycle and the project management lifecycle.
Stakeholder Needs and Requirements
Expect questions on stakeholder identification, concept of operations (ConOps), needs elicitation, and requirements definition (functional, performance, and constraints).
