Many states have codified dram shop laws with specific penalty structures, and the exam will test your understanding of when and how liability attaches.
ID checking questions cover the valid forms of identification accepted in most jurisdictions (driver's license, state ID, passport, military ID), the indicators of a fake ID (holograms, raised lettering, lamination quality, ID thickness), and how to calculate whether a guest is of legal drinking age from their birth date.
