Wonderlic Basic Skills Test (WBST) is a cognitive ability test that focuses on the linguistic and analytical abilities of an individual. Companies mainly use this test to assess their applicants ‘ vocabulary, written communication skills, and basic mathematical ability and to determine their performance, as part of their evaluation.
The WBST includes questions concerning algebra and verbal reasoning at the basic high school level. Although the test is timed, the restriction is fair, and most people can read all questions before the timer ends.

💯 Wonderlic Basic Skills Test Passing Score
You will receive separate results for both the verbal and quantitative sections. Both assessments are ranked out of a total score of 500, and the ranking and GED level equivalent will be listed across the top of the report for both subjects. If you would like to earn Ability-to-benefit (ATB) status, you will need at least 200 on the verbal portion and 210 on the quantitative portion.
