Quick question: TFHC - Texas Food Handlers Certification exam format — paper or computer?

Stupid question but I keep getting conflicting information: is the TFHC - Texas Food Handlers Certification exam administered on paper or computer at most testing centers?

I prefer paper personally (easier to go back and annotate) but I want to know what to expect before I book.

Also — do you get scratch paper either way? I want to know if I can do rough work on the side.

I just finished my TFHC - Texas Food Handlers Certification last month and my experience was almost identical. The exam day tips section especially — I showed up without two forms of ID the first time and nearly couldn't sit for it.

This is really helpful, thanks for posting. I'm 3 weeks out from my TFHC - Texas Food Handlers Certification and this gives me a better sense of what to focus on.

Solid breakdown. I'd add: the night before, don't cram. Do one easy practice set just to stay warm, then sleep. Your brain consolidates material during sleep better than it does during a last-minute review session.
