What is Civil Service?

It is the service performed by civil servants who are hired by the country’s government. They work for the public sector. The federal jobs in the US. before used the spoils system. But, when the Pendleton Civil Service Act and the Civil Service Act was passed, the civil service system started to change and reform.

Scope of the Civil Service Exam

What are the preparation methods for the civil service?

Method 1: You have to read the whole question. Test-takers often make the common mistake of not reading everything carefully. The time limit may seem daunting, but it is always best to be calm when taking the exam.
You must read it down from the first word to the last. There might be trick questions that on first glance might seem familiar to you. Thus, it is always advisable to read it all fully.
